Rolls weren't done, flat and soggy. My side of mixed veggies NEVER arrived. Sabach brought salmon but not my veggiesDietary restrictions: Salmon rice and veggies ( never got the veggies) server disappeared till bill time

I ordered the steak Fork Tender Filet, and my husband ordered the ribeye. My was chewy, and neither had any flavor.

Waited on our food for over an hour, so tired of waiting dinner wasn't enjoyable , people around us also waited an hour or over for their food, nobody was happy, especially the little ones

I don’t know what the deal is but every time I come here my food comes out cold. It tasted good but was just cold. Mixed drink was good. Service good. From those I’ve talked with the cold food was a common occurrence.

I used to love coming here but on my birthday 3/6 we came. I told the waiter medium rare steak. The cooks made it well done, no pink and dry. I couldn't eat it. So, my son insisted on getting one to take home . Again, the steak was overcooked. I fed it to my pups. It may have been whoever was cooking that day, but it just ruined the experience. We usually have a nice experience but not that day. I'm going to be looking for another steak house. The wait staff is great. Not their fault, the cooks can't cook.

Stared at empty plates for over 30 minutes and didn't realize they were meant for rolls.. which you're supposed to get at the BEGINNING. Not only did we have to wait more than 30 minutes to get our food, it was well NOT worth the wait. The place was so loud you could hardly even hear yourself talk. And the waiter only started getting friendlier towards the end, where it was time to pay.Do not recommend.
