Got the order wrong it was supposed to be a 2 chicken bacon smoke cheesy I had bought several other things they gave me a beef tried to call and no one will pick up the phones very disappointed with the customer

What is it with the fast food places making customers feel obligated to tip b4 the order is even placed? Seriously?!? Haven't had a chance to try the food or see if the service is acceptable. Today all of the booths were dirty by 11:30...they weren't even busy and no one had bothered to clean them. ? the food is mediocre today?

Went through drive-thru, they forgot to add part of the order I asked for so I went inside to get it seperate, they then charged me twice for a side order because they said It wasn't approved when it said approved on the keypad, showed manager bank where it charged me twice and he said he voided it, arrived home to find out part of my drive thru order was missing.

I love Schlotzsky's. Over the years I've been delighted and disappointed at various locations. This was a drive-thru trip for me and all I had was the Turkey Original. Came out perfect. Deducting a star because there were no napkins or hot sauce packs in the bag.

This place had the audacity to ask for a tip when I purchased my lunch. I hadn't even gotten my food yet. Then they handed me my cup, I filled my own drink. They called my name, and I retrieved my own food. There are trashcans by the doors implying I'm supposed to bus my own table, which I did.Why the hell am I being asked to tip? Pay your employees more, I shouldn't have to.
