Just had a major problem when I ordered online to pick up my hamburger and shake but the next time I went, I ordered it online got my hamburger and a slushy and went through the drive-through. My husband and I went to Sonic to get hot fudge sundaes. It took a while for our order to get to the car, but it was to be expected, because they were short staffed. The reason I gave four stars is because she forgot to bring our change out. But when she brought out our change, she also gave us 4 free coupons for our next 4 visits.
