The nitro machine is out more often than the McDonald's Mcflurry machine here. Don't plan on getting a nitro cold brew if you come to this location

The sweetie pie working the drive through window this morning (like 8am) LOVE!! Ugh what an angel. Literally made my day. Was honestly just so kind and has such a welcoming and beautiful energy. Also my coffee was made to perfection so thank you *muah* *muah* kisses to all the amazing baristas who I’m SURE don’t get as much as they deserve from their company… I love them and know they encounter rough situations and plenty of personalities during their shift. I just appreciate them so much and wish I was CEO of starbs so I could pay them more <3

Went to the drive thru & my drink was disgusting (I purchased a Hazel Nut shaken espresso, with Oat milk, with Carmel drizzle LINED around the cup plus foam), the drink had maybe 2 drops extra of caramel YET i pay extra for it! The oat milk was clumpy at the bottom of the cup (obviously NOT shaken correctly as I asked). I had to get out of my car & go inside and dealt with a VERY UNPLEASANT Night Supervisor? Chloe? ? She acted so rudely & would not just replace my drink. Last time I goto this location. I’ve never had this issue at any other stores. Please check your attitudes before someone takes this personally.

So I feel like a butthead for always having to send my coffee back but the feeling has passed because you guys can't follow simple instructions put the Carmel drizzle in the bottom of the cup. But no u guys can't read or something. It cost me 7.37$for my coffee do it right or you can make it again. For 7$ I should get what I want not what u feel like making. maby give people a basic reading test b4 u hire so many illiterate children. Venti iced shaken expresso with the Carmel in the bottom of the cup. Is it really that hard to read and understand? Or when I call about it they say oh sorry just bring it back. How bout do it right the first time no one has time to come back so u can maybe get it right.
