This is the second time I've gotten good poisoning from this subway. I figured it was a stomach bug last time, but now I know it's this establishment. Never again .

I’ve been to this location a few times because it’s convenient. The last two times I’ve gone they’ve messed up my sub and they didn’t do anything about it. This last time I went they didn’t wrap the first sandwich so when I took it out of the bag it all fell apart. With the second sandwich they forgot ALL the meat and half the toppings. I called up there to see if I could get it fixed and they stated since I left with the food they couldn't do anything about it. I know they’re desperate to hire people but at least make sure they can wrap a sandwich in paper so it doesn’t fall apart and actually and are able to make a sandwich the correct way.

I came in 30 mins to close. Roslyn was such a sweet and extremely helpful worker. She was just so nice and happy the whole time I was in there. She made my delicious meatball sub just how I like and provided me with the most amazing customer service I have had in a long time. Walked in to a guy coughing continuously near all the open foods with no mask and was basicly completely ignored then both employees went to the back instead of anyone even asking what I would like... save your money and spend it at another sub shop that will appreciate you and not contaminate the food..

So. I didn’t eat here. I know, I KNOW! Why a 1 star? Well me and my boyfriend rolled up one evening about to get our sandwich on, right at that moment we saw one of the workers, a young guy, had done a running slide across the floor. We looked at each other and concurred that if they are just goofing off, playing on the floor, touching the ground in between customers. Then it’s probably gross and unsanitary to begin with. Which is such a shame because we live just down the street. Every time we pass this subway, that’s all I remember. We could go to Subway by Walmart but I won’t go on principle because they won’t accept coupons. The next closest is down the road but it’s so far, so I guess we just don’t get subway anymore even though we rarely did in the first place!!!

This location should be checked out through the health dept. Nasty store, used glove sitting by the register, used gloves to take cash and then make another sandwich. VERY rude customer service. Run as fast as you can before even stepping foot in this place.

Ordered sandwiche, chips, cookies via DoorDash for my son as we were at work. Sandwich was made incorrectly was supposed to be ham/cheese/mustard and was made ham/cheese/MayoWhen I called the store and requested a new sandwich to be made and delivered employee was rude and stated we don’t do that, she said I could request refund through door dash or bring sandwich back and they would make another. I said I’m traveling for work I have no way currently to bring the sandwich so what is my son to do for lunch. I said if I request a refund and I have to then come back in later to get another sandwich it will be made correct and free she said it absolutely will not be free. I asked to speak to a manager she claimed to me a manager I said I highly doubt that cause a good manager would never speak to a customer the way you are she said sorry have nice day and hung up on me. So not only are the people at this store rude, run by teenagers and incompetent of reading a ticket they don’t believe in fixing a situation. I will not be going back to this store or any other subway as the cost is ridiculous, they no long accept coupons. And this! Right here I’m having to type out on customer service instead of talking to someone. Trying to contact customer service is ridiculous

First off the manager is very rude. When I told her she needed better customer service she told me there's another Subway three miles away & suggested I go there. I ordered a 6-inch turkey & cheese, sandwich only and was charged over $8. There was very little turkey. I called another Subway and she said after tax it would be just over $5. She told me she had worked there for 7 years and wasn't lacking for business. I won't go back, I work hard for my money too & I don't need to be ripped off by a rude manager.

Never had a problem at subway but I’m not a fan of a rude worker. Whoever the manager that was training or whatever she was needs a better attitude when she’s working. A good way to run customers

I never order through the app at this location. I did it on accident this time. The order is always wrong. There's nothing worse than going to eat a sandwich and it's not what you ordered. The good thing is, they are remaking it-and it's correct and good- The bad thing is, I didn't know it was wrong until I was home. So frustrating.
