Consistently fails to make orders correctly. Called and expressed my concern to the shift leader last Saturday. She said her manager would want to know of the concerns and insisted her manager would reach out to me. Took my name and number - manager never called me. Steadily gotten worse over the last few months, not worth the disappointment any longer.

Girlfriend and I came in for a sweet treat about 15 minutes before closing. We felt extremely bad and didn’t want to be those people, but the workers made us feel welcome and a man even took chairs out of the stack for us to sit on while we waited. The service was speedy and we witnessed the workers letting customers in with less than 5 minutes in their business hours. Amazing!

Sugar Llamas is by far one of the best stops in Broken Arrow! We discovered this place on the way to a concert and haven't missed a chance to come by! It's an hour away from home but a must stop spot for a sweet treat. The staff is friendly and always smiling.
Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Stood there for 15 minutes and not.one person has acknowledged me.

Tried this place for the first time. Best doughnut holes I’ve ever had! So many flavor combinations. I ordered 6 of the Total Turtle. Hot and soft holes, drizzled with chocolate and caramel. The chocolate is not the syrup type but more melted fudge. Delicious!The owner was a little edgy this evening. No one in the store or behind us and she stood at the register and asked three times “what can I get you.” My only advice would be after you ask once I respond “don’t know yet” don’t just stand and wait and then ask again. I wanted to read the menu and my friend was walking me through the flavors. Again, no one was behind us so we weren’t holding anyone up.

We went in and ordered 100 count of donuts ten different flavors and we were told that it would be 20-30 minutes so we walked down to the others stores to waste time. Came back 30 minutes later and they had just started on my order. We sat there and they filled other people’s orders that were smaller that had walked in durning this time right in front of us and it didn’t take more then 5 minutes for them we finally got our order 48 minutes after ordering. No manager came out to apologize just a sorry for your wait from a worker. Very disappointed in this store it’s new we have been to other sugar lamas and had good experiences. Muskogee sugar lamas has failed.

All the employees were shivering.... the ac was on inside and its 15 outside! I asked everyone behind the counter and nobody even tries to check on it! The air was cold blowing from the vents! Ruined the first experience here honestly!

The doughnuts were descent. But the staff is definitely not people i want to spend my morning around, nor do i want to feel like im an inconvenience. Broken arrow has many new places for breakfast that are superior than here and faces that welcome you instead of acting annoyed.

Walked in the same time as another family. Walked over to the register and one guy was taking orders and the other 2 employees were chit chatting with each other. The 2 employees kept chatting with each other while the other employee walked over to help the family that walked in first. Very upset at the service that was there tonight. I ended up just walking out since the employees that were talking to each other couldn’t be bothered to take an orde and continued conversing with one another.
