I’ve eaten at this location a dozen or more times in the past few years. The order is almost always correct to exactly what I ordered, and it’s as good as any TBell you find. Recently I got an order that actually was missing an item. I went back and not only were they friendly, but made it right by giving me two of the missing item and a free cinnamon twist. I had asked for no compensation, just the item that was missing. The rest was unprompted. Very good customer service today!

Prices have risen excessively, greatly reducing the value. Especially when you also consider Taco Bell has eliminated human counter service ordering and replaced completely with kiosks.

The food was just ok. They almost always miss regular taco vs Supreme taco. There is no service at taco bells now. You order at kiosks and there's no one to help with orders. The place is pretty dirty.

Ran through the drive through tonight - service was quick, kid running the headset was kind and I didn’t have to repeat myself at all. He could probably own his own Taco Bell someday if he wanted. Order was correct. Food was hot. Overall - much better than I expected.

There is no service at Taco Bell any more. No menu's either. You order on the app or on the computer at the front desk & you wait on yourself. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't like this at all. It gives no consideration for the elderly, the handicap, the people who just do not have electronic skills. Then after ordering I only got half my order & I actually ordered correctly, they just didn't take the time to make sure they had the order complete before sending it out. I'm just speechless... not sure what the world is coming to.

The wrok staff were loud, and one person was just casually talking to their mother why asking me questions about my order. They were not paying attention and were slow and frankly rude.

I would have to say this is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been two. In my last 3 visits there had been at least one item missing from my order. Of those 3 there was only one that I find excusable and that was because they were busy during a peak rush time. The other two times I went through late at night with nobody in the lobby or in the drive through.
