I came in to order off the keiok and it was fine but after one item I thought I ordered was not on my tray and the lady manager seemed like she was having a bad day and gave me a rude attitude instead of saying I'm sorry mame let me take care of it I work somewhere else that I deal with alone of customers myself and do I get an attitude no I don't because if I did I be in trouble as an employee I just beware if you suspect they seem like there have a bad day just becarefull on how your reaction towards them they could react in a wrong way in the wrong time my experience working in a public place that requires a lot of customersParking: Some days looks like there's berley anyone there and some days it's OKWheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair parking available for wheelchair people
Best Taco Bell ever by 14th and Kenosha. Staff was very friendly and professional. Great food, great time. Just an all around homerun. Way to go Kenosha Taco Bell. You guys rock. And it's continuing to prove true. I go here often. Highly recommend. 5 star Taco Bell. Love the place.
Came hete to pick up a Door dash order.Waited over 20 minutes. They never made it.They got the order wrong of the people in front of me, then hid in the back of the kitchen to talk until I left.Guess their customer won't get their food.
Taco Bell will never forsake, my only issue is it’s too convenient and I shouldn’t be able to go there at 2 in the morning and make myself fatter by the night. ??I’m kidding, but that’s the truth! Its my favorite pseudo-Mexican place to eat, but it’s just good, nothing to go out of your way and leave a Google review

The service at the Broken Arrow Taco Bell on Kenosha was pretty amazing on my 12/10/23 visit in the 2-4pm time frame. The staff could be a model for training for other stores. The best part was I didn't have to place my order on a kiosk as Taco Bell is attempting to move to.
