The restuarant was hot enough to qualify as an OSHA violation. The employees are working in over 80 degree weather with no air conditioning. Higher management won't spend the money on it and keeps cutting employee hours. The workers were very nice and efficient and honestly deserve better employers.

Every single time I come here they mess up my order. Forgetting to take things off or full on not giving me items I paid for. Every time I call about these issues it takes approximately 10 times calling before anyone will answer the phones. They will even flat out decline my calls.

$8 for a taco salad with hardly anything in it. Hardly a big freakin taco salad. Wife's mucho nachos and tostado had hardly anything as well. For $17 total I would expect a lot more food.

The drive through is the slowest drive through of any restaurant in town. Expect a 15-20 minute wait if you are third in line. I was given three of the wrong burritos. The guy read it back and the order was correct. I get my receipt and the order is wrong on the receipt. I didn’t read the receipt till I had left. I get my food and the burritos had no beef like requested. This is the only Bueno that I have problems with. It’s so weird how the other ones function so well and this one struggles.
