Messed up our order and wanted to argue about it and not fix unless they charges us again. Because of the language barrier it wasn’t worth the fight so we just accepted the wrong order. If all that wasn’t bad enough they were rude and the food was poorly made. Almost no toppings on anything we ordered. Will not be back!

Taco Bueno used to be my favorite. They have quit caring at least in Oklahoma. Ordered 2 Taco burgers and the buns were like hockey pucks. The beef tasted like it had been sitting for days.

Smells like mold or mildew both the staff gave others their food yet they made us wait then the place looks like you’d catch something just by touching anything in the store I watched bugs craw all over the counter the place needs a health inspector to come randomly visit you’ll get sick ordering from

This location is awful. They gave my online order to someone else, refused to acknowledge that they might have messed up, refused to look at our receipt, refuses to listen, refused to refund us, refuses to remake the food. Truly a terrible experience. Do not go to this location.

Arrived at the 61st and Garnett location in Tulsa, OK at 10am. Watched employees go in. Door to the lobby was still locked at 1030 am. Called twice and was disconnected twice. No one is answering the door. The website shows they open at 1030am.
