The Nutrition Spot is life changing!! In life we all have cravings that we want to satisfy but we do not want to destroy our bodies with too much sugar or too much fat or too high off calories. Well ladies and gentleman, that has all changed. When I first tried the amazing shake and tea combo, I was left speechless. It brought me back to my childhood days when I ate peanut butter, chocolate, cookie dough, fruit roll ups, sour patch kid’s and so much more all the time lol. If you are an athlete or a bodybuilder or a powerlifter or a NoBull crossfit trainer, you will value this amazing place. Great protein, low sugar, low calories and low carbs. The owners of the Nutrition Spot are strong faith filled Christians who love Jesus and who love to serve others. Our bodies represent the temple of Christ and it’s our duty to keep our bodies healthy for the Lord. I would recommend the Nutrition Spot to anyone who is on a journey with their body and who desires to live their best life. Everyone who works at the Nutrition Spot has always been so kind and caring and strive in excellence everyday. Honestly it’s been a privilege to even be apart of this amazing experience and I am so thankful for Mr. and Mrs. Frost AKA the best owners in the world!!

Great place for some healthy meal replacements. Everything is very tasty, wide variety on the menu. Great military and forest responders discount. Their flavors for the teas are amazing! It is a herbal life store but you can't beat their prices! I go like once a week from Across town because they are just that good.... Highly recommended for shakes and teas and healthier alternatives meal replacements.

It’s $8.00 for a regular sized shake which feels a little excessive for the quality. The shake had that distinctive protein powder texture and taste that just wasn’t pleasant at all. The man at the counter was also not very welcoming.Two stars because despite this, the store was very clean and the service was fast.

Love this place! The wedding cake shake is my favorite! I love herbal life GREAT products. I love the tea as well with the lift offs❤️ Only complaint Sunday only open until 4pm other then that Love Love this place.

Overpriced and not very good. 8 dollars for a protein shake or whatever they call it, really isn’t worth it. No matter what flavor you get it’ll have a bad after taste. careful with the energy teas they’ll mess up your stomach.
