Got a burger. Worst burger ever. Did not swallow my 1st bite it was so awful. Asked for a refund. Cashier stated she did not know how to do a refund. What? How convenient. Asked if I wanted more food. Gross no. Eat at your own risk! I'll not go back.

They completely remodeled the inside to a newer modern look!
Sitting at the drive thru speaker to order and we told them we would order when we were ready. My girlfriend took some time to look at the menu to be sure of what she wanted. As she was telling me, they pop in on the speaker “IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN HELL YOU WITH?”… We then proceed to order and make it up to the window, get told the total, get handed one drink, then wait for maybe… say… 20 more seconds then get our very VERY lukewarm food and that’s being generous. Food looked like it had sat there for maybe 15-20 mins in the warmer and not fresh at all. We live 7 mins away so the fries should’ve still been hot but NOPE. Not a hint hot at all. This use to be the best Wendy’s to go to. We will go to the one on Elm from now on.
