Food was good, and the young man who waited on me was very pleasant. I was disappointed to see and hear the manager (? or shift-lead?) speak to him in a grumpy way. Apparently, there was a problem with his drawer, and rather than tend to it, she assumed someone else was... and the other person obviously thought she was, because I stood there about 7-8 minutes before she realized I hadn't gotten my change. The young man did a good job of making pleasant conversation while we waited. Sorry to say my food was cold by the time I was able to eat it.

Great food HORRIBLE SERVICE. Made a simple request on the large chilli to make sure had meat in had a lady yell through the intercom we only dip it. Came around handed her my card and she was giving it back asked me if I was ok as she THOUGHT I was jerking it out of her hand told her I was fine was just set back by how she took my order and she said you took me back by how you were taking the card REALLY and then proceed to yell GOD BLESS YOU which is wonderful but was doing it to justify her bad customer service. Like really you couldn't have dipped from the bottom to get meat another Wendy's do it with no problem. Will NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Happened on1/13/24 at 145pm so maybe the store manager can address it
