I will have to agree with the other negative comments posted. First time here with the family and we always get either chick filet or Wendy’s to eat. I have to tell you I love the wide open lobby but one thing I hated was the attitude of the manager or whomever she is. I asked how she was doing this morning and when did this location opened and she replied with a nasty attitude. Wendy’s needs to get rid of her. She is displaying a bad picture for Wendy’s. She’s Hispanic. You don’t like it go work elsewhere!

Even though my husband and I used to like it we will never buy another spicy sandwich from Wendy’s ever again the chicken was hard the lettuce and tomato were just gross. The only thing good was the drive thru attendant and the strawberry lemonade.

Great food HORRIBLE SERVICE. Made a simple request on the large chilli to make sure it had enough meat in it. Had a lady yell through the intercom we only dip it. Came around handed her my card and she was giving it back asked me if I was ok as she THOUGHT I was jerking it out of her hand told her I was fine was just set back by how she took my order and she said you took me back by how you were taking the card REALLY and then proceed to yell GOD BLESS YOU which is wonderful but was doing it to justify her bad customer service. Like really you couldn't have dipped from the bottom to get meat every other Wendy;s when I ask is no problem. Will NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Happened on1/13/24 at 145pm so maybe the store manager can address it

Food was okay. Definitely not the Wendy’s I remember. Where’s the beef needs to come back! The service was 5 star from Rose! She has an awesome attitude and made the experience great. It was a clean place as well.
