Izzy's is ALWAYS hot fresh and tasty! Sopapillas are amazing! Their taco salad is good and they always have such great friendly service. You have to try their cheeseburger!Parking: It used to be a gas/grocery store so there is plenty of parking. Take care coming in across the old gas pump median, it has metal in places sticking up from the old concrete.Kid-friendliness: I have been there lots of times with a roomful of kids. There are televisions to watch, too. Plenty of seating and room to move.

Izzy's is where you go to eat great Mexican food. You wouldn't go here to impress a date, or a client, in fact the first time you visit you might second guess yourself. But please, go in, order the fish tacos or Pollo Loco with all the peppers and onions (two of my favorites) and enjoy what they do best, prepare delicious Mexican dishes.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The place is located on a service road just off Hwy 244. The place is not visible from the highway.I had four street tacos that were full of carne asada or chorizo. My meal had chips and homemade salsa. My meal was great and will stop by again if in the area.
