When I arrived to pick up my order thru drive thru, after sitting there for 10 minutes, I was told my order had been given away but they were remaking it, if I'd pull out front they'd bring it out when ready. 15 minutes later the manager (very nice guy) brought it out, gave me a $15 store credit & a family size ranch dressing. The day after the big icing 1/22 and have been stuck at the hotel across the street, working off the laptop. Decided I wanted some pizza and remembered there's a Mazzio's nearby. Walked in and ordered, made my salad and within ten minutes or so, my pizza was ready. First thing I noticed was how extremely clean the lobby, salad bar, and in general the restaurant was. I work there so of course 5. But really I agree with the 3.5 the food taste great but the stores kitchen needs a makeover.Vegetarian options: If your a hardcore vegetarian you shouldn't eat at a place that serves meat, if you really care about the animals. If you just don't eat meat there are dozens of varietys, from pasta, salad bar, pizza, to even French Fries and cheese dippers.
