I didn't go here today, I just drove past. But I have had two extremely bad experiences here and will never go back... at least not the Catoosa location. First bad situation was rude teenage staff that messed up my order and didn't tell me that they had to restart it. I waited nearly an hour for wings. The nail in the coffin though was when they burnt my wings and sent them home with my husband - without saying anything about burning the wings. Also, there was very little sauce on the wings. You would think that if they were going to pretend that they didn't burn the wings they would have tried to cover it up with sauce.

Service is fast and friendly. Price is reasonable, but food is tasteless. Had a medium Supreme pizza with no hint of sauce. Very bland. Going back to the Hut.

Ordered pizza ahead of time for lunch. They were very polite and helpful. When I got there, they had apparently made my pizza earlier than intended. They gave me a fresh one as well as the one that was made early! Definitely will be coming back.
Simple Simon’s Pizza in Catoosa is amazing! They are in such a convenient location and not only is the pizza great along with everything else on the menu. You will be treated kindly, the people behind the counter are wonderful!! I have had a top notch experience here at Simple Simon’s and highly recommend this pizza place to everyone!!!
