Food was not good at all... commercialized... suggestions taco Bueno. Revise your menu and seasonings. The place was filthy. Seats were torn up. Not one time did I see anyone come wipe the tables, even though it was slow. There were only 7 people inside, and 4 of them were with me.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: They offer a small selection of food for kids

Called the manager at this location 12:08pm on 2/28/24. I said can I speak with a manager, the woman answered back but would not give her name, her response to me was “ what do you want? I’m busy!” Ok well if your that busy let me speak to a manager or supervisor over you, she hung the phone up on me! Trying to order burritos for a church event and this is how we were treated. Took our buisness else, I was trying to pre order 150 burritos, couldn’t do that at this location! Thanks to that manager!

I give it 2 stars only for being a few blocks from home. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I wanted to grab something quick so we opted for Bueno in Catoosa. We placed our order...a very simple order and grabbed some sauces and other condiments while we waited for our food. The restaurant wasn't busy so we figured we wouldn't have to wait long. WRONG! After 20 minutes I asked the person at the counter how much longer it might be. This is when he informed me that when he took our order he had forgotten to to tell us that they were out of refried beans! So in other words, after 20 minutes of waiting we find out our order can not even be completed! We got a refund and left. We tried again about a month later...running short on time again and both of us hungry. They got his order right but gave me only one small item...which I did not order. We didn't have time for me to reorder so I ended up leaving there still hungry. NO Bueno NO more!Well... We decided to try again. It's been awhile and we thought things might have gotten better. Wrong. We stood at the counter waiting to place our order for about 7 minutes. No one came to help us. An employee did walk behind the counter to get a mop, but avoided eye contact with both of us. We left and went to Taco Bell... Which is another horror story on it's own! Lol.Decided to try Bueno in Catoosa again. Still sorry we did. The place was filthy. We finally found a table that has less food splattered on it. The booths are so worn out the insides are showing. The salsa bar was so dirty from spills that no one seemed to clean up. The soda machine didn't work right. It was just an all around failure.

Ate there today at lunch. It took several minutes for the guy to wait on me he was taking care if drive through first. When my wife and I came In there was a puddle of water in the door way I told him about it and he got loud and said I will take care of it I only have two hands. Very hateful. We won't come back and I am a regular customer.
I don't know if it's the shift or what. The food was cold, and the service was horrible too. The young guy basically threw our food at us. Never greeted us either. I don't think I will be back until I see good things about them.

First let me start off by saying that the girl working in the front register was extremely rude and had a attitude that just really got irritating, got her name it was “nadia” or something like that but let me just say will never stop here again because of her, definitely need to fire her or management needs to have a serious talk with her asap! Overall the rest of the crew seemed stressed by her. (P.s her makeup makes her look like she’s applying for the circus.)

Stopped by here with my dog. Order 7 things and some how only got three of the 7 things I ordered. I work in fastfood but this is really starting to be ridiculous. It happens every time. Guess I will have to go to Taco Bell for now on at least they get my order
