One of the best Wendy's ever ever been to. The restaurant and the restrooms were clean. The lady that took our order (Monica) was very nice and pleasant. Our food was served hot and delicious. This will be one of our regular travel stops.

There was nobody in the drive through, I ordered a ghost pepper ranch sandwich with no bun, cook to order, they told me no problem and I pulled around and they gave me a 30-minute old patty within seconds. We tried to take it back with a receipt and they would not give us the fresh food I asked for. Spent $15 on two old sandwiches. Didn't even get the combo. It was ridiculous.

Food just wasnt what i thought it would be i was waiting on juicy burgers and fries had alot of salt and the fountain drinks was so bad went to a store to get better
What will it take for the Catoosa location to get drive-thru orders right! Tonight I ordered chicken BLT biggie bag (which is already a dollar more than what's advertised on TV)... no bacon, no cheese, 1 tomato, 1 lettuce piece! Biggest issue was NO BACON on chicken BLT! I shouldn't have to pull over and check my order, but guess I'll have to start! Or actually probably just be done with Catoosa Wendy's! I live miles away so not going back to show them. Plus I wasn't given a receipt anyway. Last time at that location we ordered 3 loaded nacho cheese burgers, and instead all were chicken and awful! Do better!!
