I went to get a bell pepper in the grocery. They had a bag of 2 for $3, but upon further inspection they were old, wrinkled, and very small. Went to Walmart instead. 0.78 each.

The ice cream is always good and I enjoy Braums coming from outside the Braum's area. They didn't have chocolate yogurt tonight, so I was a little disappointed. But my wife and kid loved their banana split. It really took a long time to get our ice cream orders, with only one person working the line. It looks like they were concentrated on the drive-through customers.

Drove an hour round-trip to get breakfast here @10:15. Went through the drive-thru and ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. Got home and found out instead of my order, I received SAUSAGE, egg, and cheese biscuits, with pieces of wrapper in the middle of them, and so greasy the biscuits are chewy. Called the store to see if they'd fix the order if I drove another hour-long round-trip, but their breakfast stops at @10:30. The most they'd offer is to "write your name down and next time you come in."Until now, I used to go to a Braum's on-average once per 2-3 days. When the employees/managers care enough to do their job properly, it's good food, for a reasonable price. But after the past month of bad experiences at different locations on the east side of the OKC metro, I'm not coming back. Not even for grocery shopping, just out of principle.Posting this here, because the last time I had to call corporate because of a problem, they spent the next few days spam calling my phone and leaving voice mails asking me to call them back, without stating what they're actually wanting to say, talk about, or need from me.So, essentially, what I've learned, is that, now, going to Braum's = steal my money, waste my gas + time, leave me hungry, irritate me, then continue to bring the bad experience back into mind for consecutive days afterwards.

It's usually pretty clean, though it can get a bit messy when there's a rush – but hey, that's just a sign of a good place, right? What I love is that even when it's packed, you can still chat without having to shout over a noisy crowd.The service? Always spot on. Quick, friendly – they've got it down, even when it's super busy. And the grocery section, oh, it's a winner. Great for a quick stop or a hangout.
I prefer Braums for milk, eggs, dairy products, bread, ice cream & produce. I think their brands are superior to other store brands and there's a cashier, so no self checkout or lines to wait in. It's a much quicker and pleasant shopping trip.
