Though it is not the employees choice, most likely policy - I saw a line of several cars behind ordering menu - went inside to order was the only person inside -promptly attended to- regular coffee, nothing fancy - waited 7 minutes watching online and drive thru orders prioritized before I received the coffee - disappointed in the structure of that experience

If you know it’s BOGO day why in the world do you have two people working? that is absolutely ridiculous…. a twenty minute wait for ANY drink is crazy. schedule more people or don’t offer BOGO

Are you handicapped? Do you have mobile issues.. then parking here is very difficult. The handicap spaces are taking up space near the drive thru. And the public wont allow you to park .. fearing they will lose their spot in line. So on Sunday mornings, mornings during the week are just to hard to park.You can park in the dental office handicap spot. but 90% of the time someone is parking illegally in it to run in and get their drink from mobile order.Most times if i do a mobile order it wont be ready till 30 mins or longer. I have to agree with other folks they do seem to short you on liquid inside the cup. Some Days they are out on a lot of stock, don't know if that is corporate or general manager not ordering the right amount of stock.

I work in coffee shops often, this is by far the best Starbucks I have ever stolen Wifi from. Great coffee, great staff, wonderful wifi speeds and comfortable seating areas.

I have been here three times. One time was great, and it was in the afternoon. The other two they were closed or unable to serve guests for another hour. For whatever reason, they cannot open on time.

I don’t understand why this person would not make the coffee that I wanted suggested a cheaper coffee so I could save a dollar which I asked specifically for a very sweet coffee the sweetest Frappuccino you have I tasted it and said no please this is not sweet at all. This person made me take it in the window and told me goodbye goodbye so rude. I think this is the last time I will ever go to Starbucks again. What kind of people are you hiring?
