We frequent this place every now and then when we want wings and don't want to drive to tulsa to eat at wing stop. Everytime we eat here it is at leave 45 minute wait for food. The service is subpar and the atmosphere is dirty and the tvs are too loud. They are always short staffed.

Ordered 10 boneless wings. 7 out of the 10 were gristle chicken nuggets. Told my waitress I had lost my appetite, she told the manager. Waited another 15 for my friend to finish his meal. Never heard from the manager or waitress. No apology, nothing from the manager. Worst service I've have in a long time.

Quick to order, SLOW to serve. Apparently they are under staffed. Other patrons seated near us asked about the status of their order because they had ordered an hour earlier. The waitress told them it was only 53 minutes! We received our orders just shy of an hour. Another table with our group was over an hour. We had to chase down a wait staff to get our bill, we could have easily walked out without paying but are too honest. It's hard to build repeat business with that level of service.

Don't waste your time at this location. As stated in other reviews they care nothing about customer service or the food they serve. Staff needs some serious training and new management would be a good start.

I have enjoyed my experience at every other Buffalo Wild Wings locations in OK(that I’ve tried).This, however, is very different. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant ever. We were sitting for 2 hours before getting our food and many items were missing. The food that we did get was undersauced or underseasoned. In the time we were waiting, we got no refills per person. This is disgraceful.
If you are looking for a great place with great customer service this is NOT the place. The service staff is inattentive at best and the manager could care less if you take your business elsewhere. If you prefer to order or use promotions from the app they are worthless here as this is a ‘franchise’ and not part of the ‘corporate’ structure. Overall the food is mediocre as you would expect and the customer service is well below average. They could care less if you come in or not.

Kara our sever at the Clermont restaurant was VERY RUDE. We had to flag her down to take our order . After she brought our drinks an we gave our app order we did NOT see her again . We were only her third table. She is not a nice person at all . But I love
