Went through the drive thru and order a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich, and it came with 1 small sliver of bacon, cheese was cold and not melted (artificial). The fries to my meal and the rest was stale, cold and over salted! Do not recommend!!!!

The 2 employees working here today were really nice, no issues with the food but water leaking into lights black mold growing around vents and overall the store is filthy, this store is in bad shape

The store was nasty. Ordered dine in on the app and was not allowed to have a tray.. the food was extremely nasty. The Gm cussed and screamed at myself and my husband because the app let us order items that was not available when I told them I wanted a refund of my point and money I was met with opposition anger and rudeness. We will never be back to this store. And I am going to corporate to file a formal complaint. To be cussed at because the generalManager does not know how to respect customers and have employees treat customer as they are customers not burdens.

The whole store was nasty. Smelt like rot. GM was extremely vulgar cussing at a customer that had a issue rather than be understanding he was rude cussing while children was in the store. Worst experience I have ever had in any fast food establishment.

I went to this burger king with my little cousin and I just moved here from Connecticut and never have I seen such good customer service. I never got the managers name but he has a heart of gold. His passion to keep this business going is outta this world. I hope the renovate and give him the best opportunities. Food was awesome attitude was A1???????

Worst bk I've ever been to Hands down. Floors were so bad that they almost stole my shoes. The play place was so nasty I wouldn't let my daughter on the floor. The manager was runaround bringing customers their food in the lobby so I know he knew how nasty that place
Slowest Burger King out there...and consistently slow. Just left again, watched cars jump over median to get put of line and leave. Last time I pulled up to the order screen, dude asked me to wait 5 so he could go to the bathroom. Mickey mouse running the show.

From alabama, stopped in to grab a late night burger after a long day and met a guy named Tim. Awesome guy, talked to him for about 15 minutes. Would recommend this store. Thanks Tim for being the type person to make people feel welcome

Well I’m officially never eating here again.. I got some food and a soda from there today and I opened up my cup to just look in there and there was a long blonde or possibly light colored red hair on the inside of the cup…that made me want to throw up. I regret eating the food now.
