Update:Happened Again on 2/14/24. My daughter was given the order without the SW salad. This makes the last 6 times. WTH ?Update:It is unfortunate at this time. I have to edit my review. I’m not sure if it’s poor management that has come in but unfortunately our families order has been wrong in any form of fashion. The last five times we’ve ordered there either it be online or drive up window. This is unlike any other Chick-fil-A that we have been to and if it’s happened to us this many times I can only imagine how many times has happened to other families with. large orders of 4 to 5 people. This last time it was just a double whammy. Not only was the order not complete but they also forgot about my order and I had to go in and get it. 15 minutes in to waiting on my online order paid the employee brings the drinks out but no food. When asked the employee was not sure, then say it will be right out. Nope!
