Way to much sauce on my shrimp pasta. Waitress was awful, visiting with people while we waited. Ask her for something and never get it. Table not level moved up and back. Very annoying.
We arrived at a busy time and had to wait. Well worth it. Couldn't eat or drink much due to the 2 hr drive back home. Was nice to spend time with the kids and grandkids.
Good Burger, one of the better I’ve ever eaten at a chilis. Definitely will swing in for another one soon to see if they are consistently this good. Great appreciation to the cook.

Usually pretty good but very disappointed with the food tonight. Ordered online & literally all my food is cold/looked like it was just thrown in the box… not worth the $60 that was spent for TWO people ??♀️….
Set at the bar may have been a mistake not ordering booze, but we were not the only ones.

Although we were seated fast seemed as if all the servers either disappeared or did not want to deal with our table do to our kids. It was bad enough people seated after us got their drinks ordered and at the table while we waited just to get our drinks ordered seat for almost 20min before we walked out.

I called to complain at Claremore chilis that I didn’t get my complete order. They told me I could come back I didn’t want to due to waiting more than 20 minutes from the time it was ready via email. I complained my food was cold and fries soggy from wings because I didn’t know wings go in the same box. I was told I would receive coupons to make up the difference of the wait and missing item and soggy food, but never received them. Also when they came out 20 minutes after my order told me it was ready they came out and asked if we wanted a second order because they made two of my order and we said sure because we waited 20 minutes above the time scheduled she went to ask her manager and she came back 5 minutes later and said sorry we are saving it for use on others orders. Which to be honest that’s disgusting I would hate to get old food on account of the restaurant making duplicate orders.
