The greeter or whatever you want to call him was rude and couldn’t be bothered to be nice! The waitress that finally came to ask if we needed anything to drink was nice, while the other one just stood there. The food was subpar at best! They need to find somebody to teach the cool hope to make French toast and their hash browns were a flavorless mushy grease pile. When we went to pay our bill we are told they ONLY TAKE CASH!!!! No signs anywhere!!! Maybe think about posting that somewhere, good thing we had cash!! Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend anybody going here!

I’m sad I didn’t take pictures. Steak and eggs delicious and roast beef with an jus also delicious. Service was fantastic. Careful they only take cash or check. Come prepared. Dollar pancakes substitution took up the whole plate!! So much delicious food and such great prices!!

We have heard good things about Hugo's, and they are true. Great food at reasonable prices. Large portions to be had, the pancakes as big as your plate. If you get a side of bacon, it's enough to share.One thing to know is cash or check only. Just like the good old days.
