Aweek ago I ordered the giant pepperoni and it was hot and fresh. Decided to order it again today and it was not good. Hardly any cheese, the crust was way to done, really short on the pepperoni. Come on Mazzios you can do better.

Ordered our pizza well done, as we always do. Received a black burnt pizza. Customer Service said it was ok because I ordered it well done. Doesn’t seem right to me. We always order well done and it has never come to us like this.

Won't be ordering from here again. I bit into a piece of bone on my pizza. The food was good, but I'm rating it one star due to when I nearly ate the bone I just didn't want to eat the pizza anymore.

Ordered 5+ pizzas only one was wrong. Called to see if we could have it fixed was told all they could do was give us a $10 credit that has to be used in 30 days… the pizza itself was almost $20!!! This has NEVER happened before. Said we’d even give the other pizza back.

Love their salad bar and ranch dressing! I would go there just for the salad bar if their pizza wasn't so great! But it is, great! So always have both! Plus great bone in hot wings!

12/09/2023 the night of the Claremore Christmas parade. We sat in the lobby for over an hour and only got half our food. We never received the rest. Never had to wait so long anywhere for food ever. They were generous enough to offer me my refund but I've never had this experience at this location and I've been going there for years. I understand it was busy due to the parade but that's no excuse. Schedule more people to work on busy nights and be more prepared. As a former fast food industry worker I know for a fact it's possible. That was just nonsense.

The evening that we ate at the Mazzios in Claremore was very refreshing. Although late night, the salad bar was fresh and well supplied.
The crew Monday night, Oct 16 2023 was amazing and sweet. Our server Lirica or Cirica was especially awesome and very welcoming. 10/10 service

They couldn't keep up with the amount og buffet they sold . Had to wait 15 minutes on cinnamon sticks . They sold more dine in buffets than they had seating for . This time I got an Italian Sandwich. They no longer have Alpine Dressing ! So needless to say it sucked !!!
