From out of town, in visiting and placed an online order for pickup. No issues other than they couldn't find our order, however it was where it was supposed to be, he just over looked it. Panicked for a second since we got the notification it was done.Pizza was good, no issues. We ordered three. Prices were better than our local pizza places where we live. We were happy and if we're back that way, we'd order again.

Food is usually ok and some of the workers are friendly. We stopped eating here after having a pizza that wasn't correct, and being told they would write it down for next time we ordered. Unfortunately it wasn't written down and acted like I was lying, was told it would be looked into and we would get a call back. No one ever called, so someone else can have our regular business.

Spent a lot of money to have our order completely wrong. Ordered stuff crust with white sauce spinach and onions. Received red sauce, and very minimal spinach , no onions. Ordered the 501 hatch with pepperoni. Received a cheese pizza and we found one pepperoni. The bread sticks were great as usual. For the money and what you get lately, you are better off going to Little Ceasars or dominoes. Papa John's used to be great....not getting my money anymore.

This pizza was supposed to be well done and it was doughy in the middle and just not great. I threw it away because I didn't want to bake it when I got home. I'm not sure what went wrong. Also, I took a bite and it was very bland.

The first time I ordered from this location they sent me a pizza with the wrong sauce. I physically can’t eat tomato sauce. The second time they got the sauce right but they didn’t cut the pizza. I don’t know who they have working here but they need to sober

9/07/2023 the manager on duty is very rude and uninformed with his employees we ordered at 7:44 and did not receive the pizzas until 9:00pm the delivery guy was very polite and apologetic of the situation good job on his behalf, the manager on the other hand should reprimanded
Not many things nice to say about the food quality or attention to customers orders. On July 10 my wife ordered a XL New York pizza and Oreo bites. The pizza was customized to be well done. The pizza was undercooked and not an attempt to assure being well done. Tried calling store but it was after 11pm and no one answered. Made contact next day and job was not complete with it being credited to our account for replacement, as I found out tonight 7/22 that customer service and making sure to bring people back for your business is not important as the manager tonight basically called me a liar cause someone else didn't do there job! One thing I know is I will not spend money at this location any more.

The food was very good, and it was done 15-20 minutes after the order was made. The prices are good, the staff were very kind and friendly, and I would definitely go back again when I want some more pizza.
