Great place to get some BBQ. The service was quick, polite, and helpful! I wish I had gotten her name... When she said they didn't have my preferred dressing, she offered to bring me lemons; I appreciated her thinking of the substitution & I took her up on the suggestion. She checked on us several times. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like it's totally accessible.

We (5 total) went to try their brunch for my wife's birthday with high expectations (big mistake). The menu looked amazing as we all had trouble to pick out what we wanted. That was great so we could try other items the next time.The table of 6 then sat down and ordered. We were told our meals should be up next and apologized. The food arrived to the table next to us and they began to eat. The reason for our delay was the chicken tenders and give them 2 more minutes. 10 minutes later, 3 of the 5 entrees arrived - including the chicken tenders. The table next to us has asked for their check because they've finished eating. 5-7 minutes later the final 2 entrees arrived and I asked for a box because I was so angry that I lost my appetite.The highlight of the meals was the scrambled eggs - my 11 year old said they were good. Everything else was bland, the chicken tenders were taken home so we could make them into a sandwich, the burger was half eaten because "it's a burger", the ribs & brisket didn't have any flavor and the bowl was decent once you coated it in sauce. We won't be wasting anyone's time by trying the different items. They did comp the food and I tipped the waiter. I would have rather paid for decent food than get free bland food an hour after ordering. We definitely will not be back.

My family and I came here yesterday. We were a party of 10. They told us we would have to wait 30-35 mins. There were about 5 booths open and a few tables that were emptied, but we waited anyways. After about 20 mins we told them we wouldn't mind sitting at separate tables. They finally put us in 2 booths back to back. When ordering they were out of most everything I had asked for and only had plastic silverware. None of us were pleased with our food as it came out cold and the fries were stale. Our waitress also only checked on us maybe twice. Very disappointing.

Ok.. the food is good, but my only major complaint is. That you have more of a smoky smell on your clothes than you do on your meat!! The meat has absolutely NO smoky flavor at all whatsoever!!!! And that’s a shame for a place that is a “barbecue” restaurant. It absolutely is so disappointing!! If that place, and ALL the rib crib locations would just get more Smokey flavor in their meats, that would set that place … over the top!!!!!!! ?% !!!!!! Guaranteed!!!!
Got food to go from here and it was amazing! The smoked chicken salad was very fresh, the portion was generous. The BBQ plate with four meats was great. All the meats were cooked perfectly and were very flavorful. Overall great experience. Waited about 10 minutes, great service. No photos because we devoured it quickly ?

There is a young woman who works the drive thru at Claremore, OK location. I didn't catch her name but she has braces and cute as a bug. She is a breath of fresh air! She is upbeat, positive and conversational. This is my second encounter with her in the last couple of months. After interacting with her I leave with smile on my face and a feeling that the world will be A-ok with her in it. Thank you for making my day brighter!
