I’ve only gone in a few times- it was very clean and friendly. I do order daily though twice a day most of the time but at least once for the past 7 months! One thing I will say is they want their customers happy and satisfied. They figured out way to make order just right and it is I have to say perfect. I’m very grateful for the time they take on preparing my order - if it takes a little extra it’s all well worth it! Thank you very much!
I have to give a huge shout out to a wonderful employee at your store, who took care of me at the drive-thru window today.Her name is JoEllen....she called herself JoJo. She was absolutely amazing! She was funny, friendly, energetic and so positive. What a huge asset to your store.It's always great to be greeted with a beautiful smile. Oh, and the coffee was delicious.

Gage just saved me! My iPad died while I was enjoying my time at this Starbucks and I asked Gage if anyone had a USBC cord and a block so I could charge my iPad. He spent the next 3-5 min getting me what I need. Not all heroes wear capes.

Unfortunately, this Starbucks has really gone downhill. The wait times are insanely long. While waiting on my order last week, the barista smelled the cream foam that had been sitting out on the counter for who knows how long and was like ‘it smells okay’.

They have some work to do. The atmosphere is sterile, which is unusual for a Starbucks. The service was not the usual efficiency you would come to expect. The food, other than the ever shrinking size of the muffins, was good.
