The night staff has had a bad attitude for some time now and they hardly ever get our order right. We stopped coming here. I've even talked to management and nothing changed.

Little girl that came from the back with 10ish face piercings to hand me my food never said a word. I thanked her and she just started at me and closed the window. She was a creep.

Worst fast food restaurant in town. Wait 30 minutes in the drive through for cold gross food.

I had a horrible experience here and I work next door at the McDonald’s and I would go there almost every day to get a plain muchaco until they got my order wrong and I get off at 2 am so I couldn’t call them to tell them and tell them so the next day I was at work I went in and the lady at the counter the one that looks like a drug addict wouldn’t give me what I ordered knowing full well that I came in everyday I just wanted what I payed for

All the Taco Buenos in this area are under same management, they started skimping on portions in the last year and cutting the amount of help to raise profits. I've emailed corporate several times to show poor food quality and presentation, they could care less. The food is consistently cold and inconsistently seasoned. The managers aren't qualified to manage employees and don't and the people who supervise the managers don't do their job. As long as they have traffic things will stay as they are, bad. They got much better for about 6 months then they drove off the cliff again. Food soaked in grease, very little filling in tacos and burritos. Bathrooms are filthy.

Filthy inside and out, especially the women's restroom. Greasy meat, dripping grease. AND they were out of sour cream. Guacamole was awful and the salsa's were too thick. Horrible place!
