Honestly the best sonic around here. The 2 Sonics in Owasso don't even compare to this Sonic. They are fast, the food is always hot, and the employees are the nicest of the Sonics near me.

Waited for 45 minutes. Messed up order twice and finally got it right the third. This is an ongoing issue with this location. This was the last chance for me. I will know longer be wasting my money here.

Stopped by today. Ordered a breakfast burrito and iced coffee. Food was hot and very good. Coffee was great also. Service was quick and carhop was very nice. Only think I didn't care for is, when ordering the screen didn't show a place for a tip, and I had no cash on me so I didn't get to give him a tip. Next time I go I will make sure I have cash and I will tip! If it's the same carhop I will make sure to double the tip.

Ordered thru the app and they said they never recieved it. Then i checked in and was never answered. I had to give them my order again and then it was wrong again. I guess the workers were 2 busy talking to do thier job. Btw i have ordered thru the app at different sonics for years and this is the only 1 to never receive the order.
I asked for fresh french fries they took them back and made me sit for about five minutes and brought the same ones back.

They constantly get the orders wrong or make them without reading the instructions. Last night the manager working the grill made every single item on a $28 order incorrectly. If the manager can’t do the job correctly how are they supposed to train the employees. My favorite part was this morning when the female manager/supervisor called me thinking I was an employee late for work and starting the conversation with ARE YOU COMING IN TODAY. I don’t work there and I can tell you for a fact that’s not how to talk to an employee let alone some random number you called. If Tardiness is an issue you need to have a private conversation with your employee IN PERSON.
