Every single time I come into this location the customer service is about as horrid as possible. Even when they aren't busy it usually takes them about 5 minutes to come out of the back and acknowledge the presence of a customer. I've tried plenty of times to come back and give them other chances, but at this point the experience is very consistent. Worst Subway customer service I've ever received.

Awful experience. Walked into an empty store with my kids ready to get 3 footlong subs and two employees were working on pickup orders and wouldn’t even look at me and one was in the back doing nothing but staring at me. Waited five minutes for someone, anyone, to say they would be with me soon. I got no acknowledgement so we just left. What happened to customer service?? I would rather patronize a friendlier more welcoming establishment and will not be back to this location.

First of all love subway but this Collinsville location didn't great me and three staff worked on one order instead of helping me and refused to even acknowledge I was there great sandwich horrible customer service. I've had gas station attendants more friendly and efficient. I would give no stars if I could oh and they talked about other customers and staff rudely

Horrible service I got today. Shorter blonde girl not wearing a name tag. I was patiently waiting to get my order taken as she stood there patting her hands on the counter just staring at me. I looked back at her for a good minute and she rudely says "Are you ready?"Well I don't know when someone is ready to take my order when they're standing there patting on the counter, did not ask me what I wanted, or greet me when I got in line like any other normal establishment does. You need to teach your employees some customer service skills because I've never been treated that way there. She also did not heat up my bacon so it was served raw.

Not very pleased with the manager. Everyone wonders why no one wants to work in the food industry its because of people like her. The last 4 or 5 times I have gone there she has done nothing but be rude and disrespectful to her employees. It truly breaks my heart for them. One time it was because there was a girl working by herself and had accidentally burnt the bread because there was a line of people that she was making food for. Today she was talking smack saying something along the lines of "see that's how you close a sandwich right" and picking on the girl at the register because of how she gave me my change. Hope things get better for those poor employees.

Unfortunately this was the saddest Subway I have ever been to. The teenagers working were not operating the store efficiently and they had no bread. What?! No bread? What Subway doesn't have bread at lunch time? The only explanation offered was that they just hadn't made any (I would've understood a broken oven or something). It seems like more management oversight is needed here.

Food and service was good but it was so cold in the restaurant that we packed up and took our food to the car to finish. This is a problem in almost all Subways. They need to have a unit for the back end and a separate one for the lobby. It was so cold that day that the customer behind us decided to leave without ordering.

The experience as compared too other subways was overall more met with satisfactory because of Dillion! I will definitely return!
