The food is good and the service is welcoming! Parking can become limited, as well as dining space; and handicapped parking seems non-existent. This was a date night, but I was dismayed to pay a ticket for $40 for two burger baskets. I would not suggest this place for affordability, vegan menu options, nor families with children (due to limited space).

So I will start off by saying that the Prime Rib is excellent. So is their homemade Ranch dressing and the Hot Links. The kids meal burger was simple and easy for a 7 yr old to eat. Service was great and our server was always checking on us. She was a Rockstar and super nice! All staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. It's a cozy little restaurant and pricing was in par with the dish. They seemed to be out of things that are shown on the menu as they had no regular cheese balls, no baked potatoes ready, and no pie. I think they might just be struggling a bit due to the current economy and had to cut back some. I understand that and don't hold them at fault. Now, I truly hate saying negative things and I just hope the following gets taken in more a suggestive manner. I've competed in professional BBQ for a decade across the Midwest and have cooked and sampled way more BBQ then I ever thought possible.... My girlfriend ordered the BBQ/Smoked Sampler Platter. We chose five items (Ribs, Hot Links, Brisket, Ham, and Chicken Breast). So there is no lack of smokiness flavor which is a positive. As mentioned previously, the Hot Links are excellent. The ham was pretty good as well. The not so great was the rest. Chicken was very dry and unseasoned, brisket was shaved way to thin and lacked moisture and seasoning, and the ribs had really no flavor either. The BBQ sauce was very bland and really didn't do much for anything but adding some moisture to the plate. Chicken breast is extremely difficult to smoke in mass already just being that the white meat can dry in an instant. I think if they used dark meat it would definitely have been more moist and tender. Maybe add some different BBQ rubs in the mix as well. Maybe its getting hidden by the smoke taste but it was lacking on pretty much everything we tried. Maybe it was an off night? I won't know until maybe giving it a second try. It was a 35 min drive for us so it would be down the road sometime before that happens.Kid-friendliness: Nice simple kids menu and easy stuff for the little ones to eat.

They have something for everyone to eat. I will say my favorite food would have to be the chocolate cream pie. I highly recommend any of the pie, if they aren’t sold out! ?Kid-friendliness: My kids love all the old fashioned decorations on the wall and that they get either a cookie or a sucker with their meal.

Prompt welcome and drink order at your table. We had burgers, hand cut fries, and the freshest, simple house salad that I've had in years. My favorites were the fries and salad--so fresh. The cheeseburger, "The Mick" was made from all fresh ingredients. My dining partner had the cheeseburger with bacon. Great hospitality also! We were on a day trip in the very NE corner of Oklahoma. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll come back for a meal. *They had a Prime Rib Roast special on the board for Saturday evening.
