Do not let the food truck fool you. This is a top notch sushi restaurant that happens to be on wheels. The Sushi rolls are simply Amazing. Super friendly staff. If you are in the Cushing area it is a must try. If you have never had sushi this is a place to try it... Because badly made sushi will ruin you from the experience. We go here honestly maybe too often! Every single time we go, the food is a 10/10 amazing! I absolutely love the flower roll, but seriously, everything we have ever gotten from there has been perfect. And as always, they're very friendly and quick! I'd eat here every day if I could.
