“My friend and I had a memorable visit to Nekter! I ordered the Pink Flamingo smoothie, and it was my friend's first Nekter experience, visiting from Germany. Unfortunately, my phone lacked Apple Pay, and during the payment process, the girl at the register was incredibly patient. Grateful it was a slow day! Panicking, I realized I left my card holder in my car parked downtown overnight. After retrieving it, I drove back to Nekter. To my delight, despite my card mishap, they had already started preparing the drinks, showing trust in my return. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding.“
“We showed up somewhat late, 9 pm-ish. There was quite a line, but the employee busting their tails to get everyone taken care of quickly. I witnessed one younger employee mess up a sundae, and the manager corrected him with compassion, gave him positive affirmations, and a friendly pat on the back.
