The worst experience ever we are from Texas and visited duncan and got food from Applebee's when I got home the next day they had charged me 3 times for the food we ordered...don't go to this place called and told them they said we would get a refund but still haven't

My son and I were there for almost two hours because our waiter kept "losing" our orders. Grant it he was new, but the manager never came to check on us to see why we were sitting there so long. We also had to stop another waiter to get refills on our drinks. We had to ask for silverware to eat with.

Fairly annoyed that no one answers the phone during operating hours no matter what option you choose with their automated system. I wouldn't mind ordering online like they want but I personally do not want an under cooked hamburger which is literally the only option they give. As the daughter of a man that has been a butcher/meat cutter for 40+ years I know I do not want undercooked ground beef. Pink steaks all good, pink ground beef not cool with me. If they are going to be open they should answer the phone or at the very least give better online ordering options.

The service is always slow, however today at lunch there were 5-6 tables with people and it took 26 minutes to get our two waters we ordered.. 10 minutes for them to take our order. It took another 15 minutes to get checked out after we finished eating, even after I told the waiter we were ready for the check.

Bartender with the green hair is the worst I have ever had she is slow and seems like she is put out when it’s not busy at all definitely needs to be talked to and taught how to speed up a bit and how to poor draft tilt the glass and don’t give me a half a mug of foam no tip will be left

It was later than we usually eat, but the server was attentive and very kind. Food was pretty great and came out within a decent amount of time. Wasn't very busy and that's always a plus for me! Thanks for the good food and even better service!
