Don’t even try to place a mobile order for breakfast before 10:30 they’ll want you to pay for it twice and not even give you your food or a refund ? Braums breakfast is better anyways ??

I ordered a double cheeseburger and small french fries. Service was ok. Help not friendly, didn't smile. Food was AWFUL! Burger was flat as pancake, patties were so dry I could barely swallow them, couldn't find the cheese, had smear of mustard, didn't see any pickles. Could onle tolerate a few bites. Bun stale, cold and smashed flat. Fries not hot, tough. Whole meal ended up in the trash. Wasted nearly $6 on food that used to cost about $2 and taste much better.

Ran out of toy and apples slices for my son kids meal and didn't tell us till after I took it the kid meal back up
I was there today around 2:16 the young man working the front counter was absolutely amazing! I was having a really hard day and he was just so patient kind and helpful!! The world we be so much better with more people like that! I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was the younger male that was tall working the front register! I hope they give this young man a raise!!!! Also just to throw extra information there was a gentlemen that was in front of me who seem to be struggling as well and the young man also showed so much compassion for him as well . I'm sure if that customer before me had a phone he would also be leaving a good review! I will be coming back to this McDonald's!

I know it's McDonald's and you really can't expect much but the food is right on par with McDonald's almost everywhere. The line and the rush they usually handle mostly pretty well for the most part. However curbside and mobile pickup is a joke they lose your order and have it sitting right there in front of them and don't even know what you're talking about when you order it. Stick with ordering inside or the drive-thru

Just waited for 30 minutes for 2 mchickens and the only thing i asked was no lettuce. The workers came up to my truck 3 different times without my order until they finally got it right. But even that was too much to ask as the mcchickens both had lettuce on
