Had a to go order. Was not ready on time when I went to pick was given the wrong order then told mine was about 8 min from done. Came back in 10 min was still not ready was then given the wrong order then she found mine who knows when it was actually ready was cool by the time we got it home. Pizza was undercooked with a big bubble in the middle with no sauce or cheese. Will be sticking with dyo from now on

This spot is perfect for people who don't like: Receiving their food, receiving a call explaining that they don't have the ingredients to make your food, and waiting 2 hours to find out that they didn't get point one or point two done.

Check the quality of your food before running your debit card or any other payment. They flat out refuse to give refunds for any reason. Placed a carry out order and when I got there the pizza was overcooked. I asked for a remake and was told the next pizzas would look exactly the same. The pizza was overcooked all of the cheese was Brown and the crust was like cardboard. After being told the Remake would look the same I asked for a refund and was told " they don't do refunds". It was like I got robbed. I won't order from pizza hut again.

Delivery and mobile users beware. The orders will most likely change on you and your outcome will not be what you expected and Pizza Hut will not help you in these cases.

Answering service was very rude. I asked for cheese and peppers and was told they no longer have packets and it is .99 each for shakers. If I spend $55 on pizza I should be able to get cheese and peppers!

Worst customer service ever! Their web site screwed up my order but this pizza hut told me it was my problem not theirs. I won't be going back!
Ordered a 3 topping pizza and got one of them, and not much of it. Nearly no cheese. Absolutely no interest in making it right from the management other than telling us we could order another $20 pizza with no assurance things would be better. Mistakes happen but at least some effort to correct them needs to happen as well.
