When boba tea hit the scene about 20 years ago, I was absolutely mad for a mango frappe with boba. That was another town and another life. Duncan is fortunate to have an establishment that serves all manner of flavored teas along with boba, if one prefers. They also now have a menu, it's somewhat Limited but it's a quick bite. I've not eaten there I can't speak to the quality of the food. The tea I got was perfect. The service was par excellence, and the atmosphere is really light and cool and calm. I must go here more oftenVegetarian options: As far as the drinks, there might be milk or a dairy product and one of the teas, which would be a problem for vegans. Don't think there's anything else that would be a problem for vegetarians.

Lumpia was amazing albeit a little too pricey. Looking forward to going back and trying different drinks! Hoping to go on a Friday and have some rice and lumpia. The only thing that needs improvement is customer relations. Girls were so shy and I recognize that but it comes off as rude to some. We will definitely be back! Glad you are here

This was a great find on our trip to visit family in Duncan. Coming from having places like this in northern Virginia, it felt like home to eat lumpia and passion fruit tea drink (I recommend with lychee jelly!).

Treat yourself. I love Boba Teas. The drinks are so refreshing. Try any flavor. I still can't tell you which drink is my favorite. I tried a new suggestion today, called Brown Sugar Matcha Latte. It was wonderful! The setting here is very nice. The ladies working are very friendly. You can stop in grab a Boba tea, play some vintage arcade games, get comfortable, read a book, and / or simply relax.
I am not the biggest fan of tea so I ordered coffee based drinks from here a couple of times. They were pretty good but I could still taste a hint of tea in them somehow. The popping boba is fun and yummy. The place is cute and I like the atmosphere. Can take a bit to get your drinks but not too terribly long. The parking situation isn’t great but that’s Chisholm Mall for you. Overall recommend.
