The last couple transactions here have included a tip when I didn’t approve it. It’s only later when I see the receipt do I realize they added $3 on an all already incredibly expensive sandwich.

I was disappointed about my Philly sandwich because it was lacking meat and peppers. About an inch on each end was just bread. Paid for a foot long. Seems I got the amount of meat for a 6 inch really. It was an online order. Plus when we asked for napkins, the person snatched 4 or five out and wadded them all up before handing them to us. I feel it’s because we did not tip. And what’s crazy is before Covid we was not expected to tip at this restaurant. They was hired to be “sandwich artists” at least for minimum wage. Tipping used to be for delivery drivers especially if they are using their own vehicle. Or waitresses because those restaurants refuse to pay or are not required to pay them minimum wage.So it falls on the customers shoulders to take care of thier servers. But in my opinion tipping at subway is the same as tipping at McDonalds. And everything is more expensive for everyone. Also I may have tipped this person if they at least tried to be friendly and make eye contact.

I thought I would give this location another try. Nope never again! The Quality as well as Quantity of the meat as well as veggies on the sandwiches, has suffered severe cut backs! I will continue to go to jersey mike's or MAYBE subway in a different city. So very disappointed.

Sandwich was fine, everything was fresh but I tore up my truck coming in the parking lot! I work hard for a decent living so I'm mad I have to worry my truck is messed up because of the parking lot outside of subway, when I asked them who contact I was told to call the 1-800 numbe. They laughed and said that everyone complains but nothing gets done! So mad I'll contact who ever and be on hold for how long I need to, because I feel like suing who ever is responsible for that parking lot.

Ordered online and they did not have the stuff to make a sandwich so they decided to do thier own substitution I went back to get another sandwich they would not make me another one she was rude and very hateful she hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I called
