The staff is always very friendly and energetic. Tea is great. Highly recommend downloading the app to collect drips(points) for future purchases. Also check out the secret menu, great flavors. Wedding cake!
The Durant location is immaculate, organized and merchandise is beautifully displayed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The snacks are just fabulous. Try the beef sticks for the win! My husband loves the regular tea and we buy their RO water to drink at home.

The tea has been good but the way they have the cones blocking how you can enter the line to order is poorly thought out. I understand that if they don't have the cones the way they are then the line itself will be disorganized but they should've designed the place or line system better.The honey cinnamon macchiato is pretty great! You can also fill a 5 gallon water jug for about $3. They fill it and cap it.
