I've been going to Arby's for years. The only thing about it now is they sometimes slice the roast beef ahead of time, and it becomes very dry, pretty quick, if it sits . I know they have rushes, but once the rush has slowed down or stopped. They shouldn't keep the sliced leftovers to serve to other customers. The sandwiches I had were just that, dry...

I went through the drive through and ordered a French dip. The the French dip wasn't toasted, the aujus was cold, and when I went back around through the drive through they acted like they didn't believe me and made me not only show them but GIVE THEM back the sandwich. Very disappointed in overall service. Will not come back.

The food was good, the shakes weren't. My husband and I each got a jamoca shake, which was disappointing. It didn't taste or look right. It was like drinking a vanilla shake. We also had asked for arbys sauce, and they didn't give us any. My husband was on his lunch break, so we didn't have time to go back through the drive-thru to get the arbys sauce or ask for replacement shakes. The wait for the food was really long. The girl working the drive thru seemed frustrated and was short with us. The other girl who gave us our food was nice.

I got two of the “two sandwiches” for 6 dollars…. I got two fish and two roast beef. The two fish sandwiches were so gross. They were cold, very little salad or tartar sauce on them and the oil they were fried in made them taste bitter and they were kinda mushy.The two roast beef sandwiches were anemic at best and just too small for words. I’m not a fan of this location at all and will not ever eat here again. I live by it and had bad experiences here fire this. I try to be a positive reviewer…. This place will make you a negative person. They do not even try at this location.Poor, poor job.

Shyann, order taker, was angry with Terese (?) and was very rude on the drive thru speaker to customers. Specifically requested au jus sauce and it was still left out of out sack. Went back in to get it and Terese could not say anything other than I don't know. Will NOT go to that Arby's again! Sorry the employees cannot get along, but don't take out frustrations on customers. Double check orders for missing items!

Ordered a #10 received #4 was told I ordered it wrong. I eat at Arby’s 5 x’s a week and I’m ocd about ordering the same thing. Drove back around to get the correct sandwich. Then was told they had to charge me for the new sandwich and wouldn’t even discuss a refund. Wth Arby’s do better.

I will NEVER go to Arby's again. The food was very nasty as was the restaurant! Also as we were trying to eat our lunch the manager started to clean the floors with a very loud and large shampoo machine. The chemicals that she was using were absolutely horrible and the smell was overwhelming. My husband has asthma and he is on oxygen. He got very upset and asked her to stop but she got rude and refused! My husband threw his sandwich down on the table. He requested our money back. She also refused to give us our money back and threatened to call the police. She was a very hateful individual. We left the restaurant and I immediately called their corporate office and complained, she said some one would be calling me back but I haven't received any response yet ?

Friday Nov,17 12:30pmDuring the lunch rush today there was an argument in the back that was loud enough that the full lobby heard the conversation as well. Something to the tune of "it doesn't work like that" with replies of "yes it does" over and over. The argument did not last long but it was extremely unprofessional. Every guest in the lobby was turned to watch the show. I'm not sure if it was a dispute between managers and staff or between management at the same level. Regardless that activity should be taken to the back office and handled out of earshot and away from prying eyes.

Haven't been to this place in awhile but man what a remodel! Went here on a lunch break and man, from the awesome customer service being super friendly and honest to the dining experience and the good ol curly fries; definitely legit! Got the bacon ranch Philly cheesesteak with a side of curly fries! Man is that sandwich messy in a good way lol! Also love the fact if you donate a $1 or more to their childrens charity you get a small curly fry with cheese sauce! Only downside is they didn't have the station to pump Arby's sauce or ketchup into those little cups. Regardless this was a great time!
