Shrinkflation has struck the BK. It's obvious that they have been told to use less cheese and bacon on The King. If I pay top dollar for a burger, then its Wayback Burgers from now on.
our order was nearly completely wrong, the only thing they got right were my large onion rings, and that container was Half Full. abysmal service. no one answers the phones there so don't bother calling. the drive thru took over 10 minutes to begin moving, with only 3 cars in the queue. the manager, once I went Indoors to check on my order since the drive thru was horrific, was screaming at her employees And customers. worst service and food I have experienced in my entire life. the inside was super messy as well, several dirty tables, wrappers and trash all over the counters, and ketchup piled and crusted all over the machine. entirely disappointing experience.

Absolute disgrace of a fast food restaurant. I placed an ONLINE ORDER on the app and I was one of 2 cars in drive thru. It took over 30 mins for them to ask what I wanted only for me to say I already ordered online. Then it took another 20 minutes to get my food and I didn't even get the right items. I was not going to wait another 50 minutes for a whopper.
