We had a really long day after moving, and before coming here, we went to 2 different restaurants that had terrible service. We were tired, hungry, and just wanted some spend time together. We had a wonderful waitress named Grace, and she was the angel we needed. She got us our drinks quickly, made sure we were well fed, and just had the sweetest personality. The manager was also well attentive and made sure everyone was doing well. Grace was the absolute sweetest person anyone could ask for after a long day. Thank you to anyone who worked that night. You guys really helped us relax and let us have a good time as a family.
The staff is amazing and my food is always delicious and the interaction is delightful.

Gone waaaaaaay down hill. Seriously.Update: I came back again to leave a new review, after not being here for about a year or longer. The food just isn’t it anymore. It’s really just gone downhill. Also, they over charged us and put items from another table on ours, and charged us game time when we didn’t play games at the table. Our check was $103 something and they ended up correcting it and getting our check down to $68. I’m glad we had checked before just paying it.
Just tried to get table they chose to not seat us because we had a family with small children. They chose to seat other groups over us and determined we needed to wait when they have the half of the building with open seating !!
Very polite staff and very respectful we showed up 15 min b4 closing the kitchen and they was still kind enough to let us order and serve us much appreciated very clean and was a great experience to watch the crew work together with closing the dining hall awesome bunch of staff can't say enough good things about them.

Service was top notch. Mr. Chef, perfect cook on the steak, lovely sear, but you need to get over your obsession with those bacon bits, so salty! Honestly though really impressed with everything at this chilis, good job.

I don't know why I have avoided Chili's for so many years.Dinner with my bride. She had a cheeseburger. (old fashion?) She couldn't finish it, so I did. It was excellent.I had chicken tenders (crispers?) that come with fries and macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese was phenomenal.We also had the chips and assortment of dips. The guacamole was standard fare, but the two different cheeses were fantastic.The waiter brought us a to go box for the remaining queso and a whole bag of fresh chips to take home.I will for sure be taking my bride here more often.
My experience here was perfectly acceptable, if we lived in a robot run and AI managed world.... Oh, wait...But seriously, the food was really good, no wait for a table, and a wait staff with zero personality. My buddy and I each ordered a burger and an apatizer to split, and three different people brought us our food, took our order and checked on us (only once) almost like they were worried if the same person showed twice, they may have to engage in (gasp!) coversation, oh the horror!!Other than that it was good, competent burgers, decent appetizers, oh, and Voodoo Ranger on tap!
