Rude Customer Service is unacceptable. The other day I had walked in with my family and we had walked to the counter with nobody behind it, while waiting for around 7 minutes we finally got help from who I assumed to be a manager since all she was doing was sitting around from the moment we walked. It was a Older lady with blonde hair to give a brief description, after taking our order we had waited for around 17 minutes for 3 sandwiches and when we asked what the hold up was, she got an attitude and raised her tone almost yelling at us after we had politely asked about the wait of our food. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a last-minute dinner.

I restrict told to take care of diet restrictions but they didn’t care. If you don’t eat certain kind of meat or strict vege, i would highly suggest to not choose this place.Dietary restrictions: They don’t care about your dietary restrictions.
Paid over $50 for burnt bread… why would you even serve this? Completely disappointed and will never go to the Santa Fe location again.

The workers at the drive through are exceptionally friendly, and they always get my order correct and on time!
I almost always order through the drive through, but the lady who helps me is so kind. And the food is always amazing. This place has the best baked potato I’ve ever had!

The sandwiches (specially the veggie for me) were great but the cookies were AMAZING. Ha - so, if you need good cookie and a decent sandwich, this is a good place.As far as the inside of the restaurant, it’s decorated… weirdly? I don’t know what the theme is supposed to be… but it didn’t distract too much from the point which is to eat - not be entertained.

We ate veggie sandwiches one on jalapeños bread and one on the sun dried tomato bread. Both were great with fresh veggies. The service was great. The gal brought the food out to us, and the atmosphere was fun, and relaxing at the same time. We will definitely be back.
