They are always so helpful and go above and beyond with their customer service. One example, I was pregnant and walked over from eating dinner at a local restaurant to see if they were open. They were closed but saw me (and my baby bump) outside and opened up to ensure my craving was satisfied. How sweet is that?!
CUSTOMER SERVICE:Always greeted quickly by a friendly staff as soon as I open the door. Quick checkout and they actually say “THANK YOU”! Nice to see people smile today! Great selection, very clean store, and fantastic staff. Walked in yesterday looking for a last minute cookie cake and was done beautifully on 15 minutes. Staff is so friendly. Prices are great compared to the other cookie stores I've been too, and the cookies taste great!
