First time there, can't wait to go back. The donuts were fresh and really good. The staff was really nice. Great place for donuts. It reminds my husband and I of the place we used we would go to before my Dad passed away. We would go everytime we went down to see him. (Busy B's Bakery in North Richland Hills, Texas).

This place is absolutely disgusting! There are many bugs including roaches! Flies on donuts and other food items. Mold around counters and the fridge in the front. It smelled horrible by the door I’m guessing it was the rug. Black crud around the front. A huge colony of ants around the walls, coming from windowsills. The owner is very rude. She is extremely mean and disrespectful to her workers. She does not know how to run a business. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I understand inflation but the very small donuts should not be over $2! They are always out of donuts even in early mornings. The owner is quick to get mad especially at workers. She took over my order from a worker and messed the whole thing up. And continued to do the same with other people. Some donuts taste of plastic I don’t know why that could be. The workers should go through that with the owner. It’s a very toxic environment with her. Will never be coming back. Do not recommend this place.

The food is okay, it was better with the old owner. They do not know how to run a business. Although one thing that doesn't not pass with me is that it is quiet disgusting in there! A lot of bugs like ants and flies even moths. Not clean especially around the kitchen area. Workers being yelled at in front customers is very unprofessional and cruel. I have seen flies on donuts and any other food item. Display case is terrible, foggy, smudgy. Looks as if it has never been cleaned. In all my years of going to donuts shops this was one of the worst places to look at and be in. The manager or owner is very rude to the workers. I have witnessed while being in there. If the front of this shop looks that bad and the visible areas of the kitchen who knows what the back looks like. Will not be going there again.

Standard quality donut shop with an inflated price tag. The shop typically is out of several things listed on their menu. When interacting with the staff they always seem to have a flat affect. The donut selection is below average, and some of the donuts are noticably smaller (half-sized) than their cheaper glazed donuts. They also do not offer afternoon specials on leftover donuts.
