Pizza arrived cold. Door Dash delivered our food even though we ordered directly from Marcos. Our pizza took 40 minutes to be picked up by Door Dash and another 30 to be delivered. It was not in any bag to keep it warm.

I came in Feb 7th yesterday to get a drink and I couldn’t hear the blonde guy with the beard when he was talking so I asked him to speak up and he got really mean with his tone acting annoyed then i put my card in to pay and he got even more annoyed because i “was bending my card” he needs a attitude adjustment I won’t come back here! Even for a Dr Pepper!

I've been a customer for several years but recently encountered problems. Expect lukewarm pizza delivered in about 1 1/2 hours. When I called the store to inquire, manager was extremely rude and defensive. Referred me to her supervisor, Jenny, who said she would speak with the manager and offered a refund. It's been about a month and I've yet to see a refund. A poorly run Marco's.

I was shocked at how poor our experience was. We ordered the buffalo wings, and they were barely sauced. the sauce on them was cold, and the wings were just warm.the pizza was decent, but wildly expensive for what it is.the only thing that we got that was worth it was the cheese bread.

My order was delivered piping hot! Exactly the way I ordered. The only thing was the garlic butter sauces that I ordered 2 were missing. I been passing by Marcos for almost 2yrs since relocating here. This was my first time ordering from there. I'm very impressed on the presentation and it tasted even better. I will be ordering again.

Moe Nolan the General Manager does not like her job at all.Ordered delivery and was dropped off at the wrong address. Called the place directly to let them know I didn’t get the pizza but the attitude was crazy. Stated that it probably got “stolen” but she would remake it after having me on hold. I told her it was fine, don’t worry about I’ll come pick it up but the attitude was so bad that I just opted for a refund.Funny enough the “stolen” pizza was on the other side of the complex and the driver got the numbers mixed up. (No fault to him at all, ppl make mistakes but the customer service and overall behavior of Moe Nolan was so uncalled for.) She did process my refund though. Very disappointed in the service. Will not be ordering for awhile.

She has colorful hair and her personality is amazing. Watching her work during a rush is a breath of fresh air as she handles the stress and workload with such grace and a smile!
