Normal trip to McDonald’s. Nothing fantastic but the food was good. I don’t know about the atmosphere because I did not go inside, I went through the drive-through. I do like using the app to order my food. It makes it a lot easier and you don’t have to worry about the person hearing you or you being able to hear the person on the other end of the speaker.

I can't rate a place if they don't give me service. After a terrible experience trying to get food from the McDonald's at I35 and Covell Rd, I drove here. Well, there were a significant number of cars in the drive thru. I waited and waited and there were only 2 cars in front of me in my lane that hadn't placed their order but many cars in front of them that went around to the windows. After sitting at the order menu the kid 2 cars in front of me decided to leave. The next car pulled up and we sat there about 5 minutes before the car in front of me pulled away and left without placing an order. This was a total time of 18 minutes and the line hadn't moved at all. I just pulled around and thru the gap and left. I wasn't in the mood to wait any longer. The first drive thru window had 3 workers in the window. No idea what they were doing and why it took 3 people. The second window had 1 guy there, but he wasn't doing anything as far as I could tell. Perhaps there was some sort of computer issue, but they should tell the people in the drive thru that hadn't placed an order so we don't just sit there.

Terrible. Maneger refuses to care about constant incorrect orders and serving cold nasty tasting fries in which I have had to throw away as I was tired of going in just to get treated like I was only complaining about my money spent and there service unexceptional.Not based off one visit but several....Gotta do better...

DO NOT RECOMMEND ENTERING TO ORDER!!!! Drive through was packed. No problem just popped inside. WRONG. Waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. I had to ask for a refund and all of a sudden my order appeared. And the food wasn’t even hot. Had to return for my food and then to find out I didn’t have utensils either. I had to make 3 stops just to eat my food. I came at 10:20 AM on Friday, February 23, 2024. Honestly ruined my morning. Seriously I don’t understand how you forget utensils for biscuits and gravy like I can’t eat it without.

They do not pay attention to the lobby at all. Customers came in, waited and left in frustration. Took 25 minutes to get my order! Food was cold. No condiments or plasticware I requested. They lost a lot of business this morning for failing to accommodate the lobby counter. Drive thru was their only focus.

Waited quite a while for my food. Order was incorrect. Workers were nice. Was probably an honest mistake. It was breakfast and they were busy. Honest review. The store looks nice after the remodel but they should have expanded the lobby a little bit. It's small inside and uninviting. I'm old school I like to sit down and eat my food..

So McDonald's decided to jump off the deep end. No more soda refills. $2.58 for a soda that is more than half ice and no refill. Feel like I was robbed, what a joke they have become. No more McDonald's for me. I'm done with them.
